The main components of PO crystal film are advanced olefin polymers, usually ethylene (PE) and propylene (PP) are the most common, and metallocene resin is often used as the raw material. In addition to the main resin components, some additives are added to give it different properties, as follows:

Drip defogging additives: including cationic surfactants (such as hexadecyl methyl ammonium bromide, dodecyl imidazoline cation), anionic surfactants (such as sodium stearate, sodium dodecyl sulfate), non-ionic surfactants (such as fatty acid polyoxyethylene esters, sucrose esters), etc., which can make the film have drip defogging properties and prevent water droplets from condensing in the shed.

Anti-pesticide and anti-aging additives: composed of powdered 7042 linear low-density polyethylene, 944 high-efficiency light stabilizer, B225 composite antioxidant and UV326 ultraviolet absorber, etc., which can improve the film's anti-pesticide corrosion ability and aging resistance, and extend its service life.

Photoconversion additives: generally include rare earth composite photoconversion agents, etc., with alkaline earth metal compounds as the matrix, rare earth metals and other doped metal elements as activators, which can convert light into a spectrum that is beneficial to plant photosynthesis.

Thermal insulation additives: such as hydrotalcite thermal insulation agents, etc., which help to improve the thermal insulation performance of PO crystal film and create a suitable temperature environment for crop growth.
